With the experts in sheet metal, fabrication, plastics, casting & machining, and packaging, the team visualizes the assembly and manufacturing process of each part and an optimum design to manufacture is released for drawing creation.
Once the product is accepted in test markets it is ready for mass production. The necessary manufacturing drawings with the required bill of materials will be conferred to the customer to manufacture the product. The manufacturing process sheets and inspection checklists are also released to ensure that the manufacturing team understands the product quality needs as conceived by the design team.
Established tools such as AutoCAD, Solid Edge, Solid Works, Inventor, I-deas, Pro-E will be used to create the necessary drawings.
